Animal Wisdom

Pixie shows us where it hurts

The gem of wisdom Pixie would like us to ponder is ... animals know their bodies from the inside out.

I love Pixie, from the moment I saw her photo I went a bit gooey and my heart energy gushed. I am so pleased when her person emails to check in - bit of a teenage crush being in her energy te he he. This time around her person wanted some guidance on where it hurts, They had made amazing progress on freeing up her mind and body but there was a place of holding that was proving persistent.

Pixie didn't muck around in sharing where to focus - she flashed up an image and zoomed into the spot where many layer of fascia and muscle meet (see insert image above). She then showed how is pulls when she move and restricts on both the side to side and front to back planes. On a later check in she invited her person to watch the way she breathes to better understand how expansion is restricted in the abdominal area.

Makes treatment so much easier when they can tell us so accurately where to focus. Not all animals share with such pin point accuracy, but it's gold when they do.

I hope your animal family is well and you are able to 'hear' what they need for their well-being. If you would like to polish your listening skills then my online course could be for you. Learn at your own pace - gobbling up all the videos in a few days or grazing leisurely - you have lifetime access so no rush and you can re-listen as often as you wish. We will also have a one on one to dance with any mental blocks getting in the way. Click here to see if it feels right for you.
