Lightness is often talked about in riding and Dragonfly wanted to put that in context from his experience of being ridden.
He knows dressage and is happy to share what he knows with Jayne. He also knows how Jayne can create the best conditions for him to generously offer his most expressive movement.
Dragonfly loves Jayne's curiosity and willingness to experiment, along with the way she listens to his responses and doesn't try to dominate and bully to do things her way. He values that he can have a conversation with her.
When Jayne uses very light aids he has more mental space to concentrate on his body and not have his focus diverted to constant or 'loud' aids. He shared an image of lighter aids not 'squeezing' the expression out of him.
When he feels partnered he wants to share himself and this is amplified when Jayne comes into the partnership knowing he knows what he is doing.
