Meet George. Isn't he handsome! Hayley asked me to check in with George before she decided to bring him into her family. She wanted to explain the life she envisaged they would share, and see what he felt about that. What a treat we were in for - George is a gentle soul who generously shared what he was looking for in a new partner.
He explained that he was a 'lifer', meaning he wanted to have one person he related to deeply. Loving touch was very important to him - he showed an image of his ears being gently stroked and his eyes soft pools of deep content.
The closeness he was looking for comes from two-way energetic conversation - invisible to bystanders, felt, not seen. He expanded on this with a joyous mind movie of them galloping through trees gearless, laughing and moving in sync. They were 'free-together', both vibrantly alive. George said there can be no real togetherness without the freedom to be yourself. Wow George - you should be teaching philosophy!
